FAQs

1. What can I do if the meal does not take place?

1. Unfortunately, this can happen if something urgent has come up for the host. However, we have a rate of less than 2 %. If the worst comes to the worst, you can contact support via the link in your confirmation email and you will receive a refund within the next three days.

2. When do I get paid as a host? Do I have to pay in advance?

2. You receive the money directly after a guest's booking, so you do not have to pay in advance.

3. How can I complain about a guest or host?

3. Simply call our Customer Success Centre and tell us about your experience.
